They were very personable and I can’t think of anything they could do better.

The process that Mike uses to clean the carpet leaves minimal moisture in the carpet, so it is usually dry within a couple of hours, which is so nice when you have kids… I would 100%, without hesitation recommend Mid Western Steam Clean to any friend, family member, co-worker or stranger.

Mike was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.  Ducts had never been cleaned and it was amazing how much crud was removed. Mike and his crew were very professional.  I have allergies and cleaning the ducts has helped – I’m coughing a lot less now.  Definitely would recommend.

After 40 years of home ownership, this was the best carpet cleaning we’ve had.  The cost was figured by square foot – very straightforward and fair.  the work was done efficiently and the results were great. Four rooms, 16 stairs, and a hallway were professionally cleaned in two hours.  Highly recommended.

Mike gave us a free in-home estimate, showed us their process, and did NOT pressure us as others did.  We hired them and when and when an opening came up to move our appointment up he called us to see if it would fit our schedule. Excellent customer service!  They were 5 minutes early for the appointment and wasted NO time getting to work  They were more than eager to allow me to not only watch their work but even video some of it to show my wife!  My wife and daughter both have pet allergies and the previous owners of the home had 3 dogs and 2 cats, my wife knew a difference in the home as soon as she walked in.  Mike even showed up during the work to make sure we were happy with what was being done.  We could not be more pleased with the work MidWestern Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning did on our vents!!!  If you need your ducts cleaned, you will not go wrong with Midwestern Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning
